All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@im.org by October 2, 2019. Cancellation refund requests submitted prior to September 5, 2019, are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation refund requests submitted between September 6-October 2, 2019, are eligible for a 50% refund.  No refunds will be granted for requests received after October 2, 2019. If the attendee cancels and has not paid their registration fee, they will be responsible for the $100 cancellation administration fee. AAIM regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows including but not limited to, flight delays/cancellations, inclement weather delays, changes to work schedules, or other travel related issues.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments can be submitted online at the time of registration.
