Applying for CME Credit

AAIM requires participants to complete an online meeting evaluation prior to applying for CME credit for the precourses or the conference. Upon completion of the meeting evaluation, a link to the CME request form will be provided.  The meeting evaluation and CME requests will remain open until November 17, 2019

AAIM is unable to provide CME credit retroactively. You must complete the CME form before the end of the evaluation period to receive credit.
