Using a mini-Delphi approach, presenters built a workshop-based, modular, and iterative evaluation construction method. Attending physicians from various subspecialties met with program administration to author evaluations. Using visualization, discussions periods, and anonymous ranking, the participants chose operational professional activities (OPAs) focusing on important knowledge and critical behaviors for different medicine services.
During this webinar, presenters will describe the process to build operational professional activities (OPAs) and participants will leave having participated in a mini-Delphi approach to building evaluations, some constructed OPAs to use, and a toolkit including evaluations, workshop materials, scripts, and lessons learned.
