Kayce Maisel
The Alliance decided to increase internal medicine’s program signals to 15 for the 2024-2025 residency application cycle: 3 gold and 12 silver. To help AAIM members, particularly student educators and advisors, understand how programs will use the new signaling structure, the Alliance will host a town hall featuring residency program directors and clerkship directors to share perspectives on advising and how programs plan to use the signals. Registrants can submit questions for the panel's consideration.
Moderators: Aashish Didwania, MD, and Amit Pahwa, MD
CD panelists: Claire Sevov from OSU and Nanette Dendy from VUMC
PD panelists: Deb Bynum from UNC; Hilary Ryder from Texas Health; Simerjot Jassal from UCSD; and Emily Mullen from Cone Health
