This webinar will show how programs can take the ACGME Milestones for general internal medicine or their subspecialty and adapt the form to be used as an assessment form by their trainees to provide feedback on faculty teaching. Presenters will demonstrate how to complete the new form and get feedback to the faculty. After working on the forms in small groups, the whole group will learn how to use their new forms. This process consists of three parts---electronic review by the trainees, collated results discussed at a trainee-run CCC meeting, a final result that is sent to the program director. By the end of the webinar, attendees will come out with the tools needed to create an assessment form and the steps to complete the process of assessment.
