March 2026 - For FY 2027, the FOVA coalition recommends investments sustaining and strengthening the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA's) research enterprise, medical centers, and digital infrastructure. Increased funding will directly inform the care Veterans receive across VA medical centers nationwide.
