Call for AAIM At-Large Member Nominations

The Alliance is conducting a call for applications to serve as At-Large Members of the AAIM Board of Directors. This exciting new opportunity is presented to members as the Alliance transitions to its new governance model. The AAIM Board is responsible for strategic planning, financial accountability, and oversight of program alignment in fulfilling the strategic plan. The principal responsibilities and specific duties of the board members can be found here. Members will serve for a three-year term that may be renewed once.

Any current member in good standing is eligible to apply to serve as AAIM At-Large Board Member. The Alliance seeks governance that represents the broad diversity of its membership. Applicants should be engaged members, committed to the AAIM mission, who are effective communicators experienced in problem solving, decision making, leadership, and governance. 

All applicants should complete the application form and submit a CV or resume.

Applications will be reviewed by the AAIM Nominating Committee and a ballot will be recommended to the AAIM Board of Directors. An uncontested ballot will be presented to AAIM membership in spring 2026.

All applications are due no later than January 21, 2026. All applicants will be notified about their status no later than April 30, 2026. Click below to submit an application.

Call for AAIM President-Elect Nominations

The Alliance is conducting a call for applications to serve as the FY 2027 AAIM President-Elect, which is a three-year term that graduates to president and past president annually. All applicants are required to complete the form to evidence experience with the expected competencies and to submit a CV or resume.

Any individual who served on the AAIM Board of Directors between July 1, 2010, through the present time is eligible to submit an application to serve as president-elect. Applicants are expected to be engaged AAIM members in good standing.
