Two ever-present challenges within medical education are aiming for equity and optimizing the assessment process. Combining these two areas can be particularly difficult with a high impact on learner experiences and trajectories. Presenters will provide a framework for understanding equity in assessment. The webinar will utilize a clerkship grading pilot with post-intervention data to provide solutions that can scale to a wide variety of program resource levels.
