Dear Colleague:
Fiscal Year 2024 was another amazing year for the Alliance—thanks to you, we enjoyed a membership renewal that exceeded 100% and hosted the largest-ever Academic Internal Medicine Week 2025 in Columbus!
The commitment to collaboration is the largest factor in the Alliance’s success: collaboration within the academic internal medicine community across the broad variety of institutions and programs; collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that regulations and requirements serve the needs of programs, faculty, staff, and the future physician workforce; and collaboration within the larger medicine community, including our peers in other disciplines, osteopathic medicine, and the subspecialty societies.
Please take a moment to enjoy just a few of the accomplishments in FY 2024. The Alliance leaders and staff thank you for your support of the organization and its initiatives. We are Even Better Together!
Sincerely,
Polly E. Parsons, MD, MACP, FCCP, ATSF President and CEO Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine
