The Alliance is committed to elevating DEI through initiatives outlined in the organization’s current strategic plan, providing resources and support to members through the AAIM Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force, ensuring conference educational sessions provide relevant tools and resources, and staff dedicated to ensuring this work is executed.
