I have been able to meet many friends at AAIM over the years. I wondered about it as a high schooler and then solidified my desire during undergraduate.
What or who inspires you and why?

What advice would you give to those who wish to pursue a career in academic medicine?
There are so many opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others in the field of medicine and in academic medicine. I always tell people that it is hard, but it is fun and absolutely worth it!
