AAIM’s Medical Education Research Committee (MERC) develops resources and tools that support conducting effective and impactful medical education research. MERC members are available to help clarify research questions, offer advice on selecting assessment methods, provide guidance on the path to publishing, and so much more. Innovation Grants

The AAIM Innovation Grants program, launched in 2015, funds diverse initiatives in medical education, emphasizing inclusion and health equity, with $400,000 awarded to 20 projects in 2024. The Innovations Grants program is on hold for the 2025 calendar year.
