AAIM’s Medical Education Research Committee (MERC) develops resources and tools that support conducting effective and impactful medical education research. Research Pathways Initiative
To ensure continued growth and diversity of the physician-scientist workforce, the Alliance formed the Research Pathways Initiative, led by the AAIM Research Committee. This initiative addresses the unique challenges of the pathway including engagement, burnout, opportunities, and more.
