This month’s Data in Brief compares full-time equivalent (FTE) allotments for core IM clerkship directors (CDs) and IM residency program directors (PDs) to wellbeing outcomes from recent Alliance research surveys. Overall, PDs have higher reported median FTE than CDs. CDs who screened positively for burnout and considered resigning in the past year had less FTE. PD FTE was the same for those who both screened positively for burnout and considered resigning in the past year and those who reported neither.
