CDIM CA Webinar: Assessments with Ease: Smoother Pathways to Completed Student Performance Evaluations

In this webinar, Chaise Zozaya (Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine) and Joe Orman (University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health) will discuss strategies to encourage faculty to complete student clinical assessments in a timely and robust manner. Facilitators will discuss their own programs and how they have worked to ensure high levels of clinical assessment completion by faculty, as well as answer audience questions. At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance of clinical assessment completion from an LCME requirements perspective.
• Identify common barriers for faculty to complete assessments.
• Employ strategies to increase faculty assessment completion as demonstrated by facilitators.
• Brainstorm future opportunities/ideas for improvement in assessment completion.
