If You've Seen One CCC, You've Seen One CCC: Designing an Organized, Tailored CCC Template for Members to Efficiently Present Learners

CCCs take on complex, group decision making often for a large number of trainees with imperfect assessment data. This webinar seeks to help program leaders and chairs of CCCs to develop their own presenter template to promote organization, a shared mental model, and efficient CCC meetings. We will review existing guidelines and literature for best CCC practices. Recognizing that each program may have differing uses for their CCC, we will help tailor participants’ template design to their own institution.
