The Perspective Integration Workshop invites residents and nurses to engage in empathy mapping, a human-centered design technique, to manage conflict. This webinar will discuss the workshop: how it is structured, how it was implemented, and the impact that it had based on survey data as well as how journey and empathy mapping were uniquely adapted for the purpose of building empathy among residents and nurses.
