As a reminder, beginning October 31, 2026, reports in the Accreditation Data System (ADS) that are older than five years will be archived as part of an organization-wide data retention and archival initiative. This includes:
- Resident/Fellow Survey Reports
- Faculty Survey Reports
- Milestone Reports
