Giving back to the communities hosting Academic Internal Medicine Week is a priority and, each year, a new local nonprofit benefits. This year, the Alliance has selected Covenant House, the largest charity in North and Central America providing immediate and long-term support for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking.
