Bring Your Team at a Special Rate

APM is pleased to expand its winter meeting audience to faculty and staff in departments of internal medicine at medical schools and affiliated teaching hospitals, particularly vice chairs, chief administrative officers and subspecialty division chiefs.

Each APM member—institutional, affiliate, and emeritus—is encouraged to invite up to five members from their institution to join them at a reduced cost of $1,000 per person. To take advantage of this discount at least one individual must pay for a full-priced registration.

 

Payment Information

AAIM accepts registration payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX), or ACH payments. Check payments are not accepted for this meeting.

Open invoices may be paid online at www.im.org/QuickPay using the customer ID and invoice number provided in your confirmation email.

All payments are due by February 3, 2026.

Cancellation

Cancellation refund requests submitted prior to December 1, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, less the $150 administrative fee. Cancellation refund requests submitted between December 2 and January 17, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for requests received after February 5, 2026. If the attendee cancels and has not paid their registration fee, they will be responsible for the $150 cancellation administration fee.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to meetings@im.org.

AAIM regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows including but not limited to, flight delays/cancellations, inclement weather delays, illness, changes to work schedules, or other travel related issues. Refunds, if eligible, will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Primary registration for the APM Winter Meeting is limited to APM members, Vice Chairs (e.g. education, research, etc.) AIM Institutional Members (CAO), and ASP Division Chiefs.

Yes, the guest fee for anyone over 21 years of age is $500. This allows them into any breakfast or reception. Guests under 21 years of age are not permitted.
