AAIM invites foundations, publishers, recruiters, and companies that create educational tools, software, and patient care management solutions to partner to support AAIM Online 2021.
AAIM Online 2021 is your chance to get in front of key internal medicine faculty, staff, and incoming chief residents through a limited number of partnership opportunities.
The conference will bring together more than 1,000 internal medicine residency faculty and staff; from department chairs to residency and fellowship program directors to business administrators to undergraduate medical educators to education program administrators, these individuals have influence over and authority to make key decisions about the educational and administrative aspects of departments of internal medicine at medical schools and teaching hospitals across the United States.
This conference also convenes more than 800 incoming chief residents (start date July 1, 2021) to build their networks and orient them to their responsibilities as educators, administrators, mentors, counselors, and department leaders. Chief residents directly influence the more than 23,000 internal medicine residents in the United States.

Lunch and Learn Sessions
Invite AAIM Online 2021 participants to join you for “virtual lunch.” Provide participants with information about your products and services; partners are welcome to offer reasonable incentives. The sessions will be included in the agenda; preregistration is not provided.
AAIM Online 2021 Game
Highlight your organization and send participants directly to your virtual exhibit booth by being a part of the AAIM Online 2021 game. A limited number of activity slots in the game are reserved specifically to showcase exhibitors and sponsors.
Email and Mail
Promote products and services to conference participants via email or postal service before, during, or after the conference. All mailings are sent to the specified audience by AAIM. Email open and click-through rates are provided 72 hours after sending.
Banner Advertising
Lead conference participants to the products and services you provide. Banner advertising is available in multiple locations, assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Exclusive advertising rights are available.
Sponsored Seminar Content
Each seminar session will have a single tagged spot reserved for partner content. “Simu-live” sessions are prerecorded 45-minute presentations during which speakers are available to interact live via chat and for Q&A. Participants are not required to preregister.
Virtual Exhibit Booth
All partners who purchase promotional opportunities will be provided a complimentary space in the virtual exhibit hall. The space includes a company logo, company description (300 words), chat feature, video upload, and supporting document upload; lead retrieval information will be provided by April 19.
