What are the registration fees for AAIM Online 2021?

If I am a speaker, do I need to register?

If you plan to attend any session(s) other than the one that you are speaking in, you must register for the meeting. If you will only participate in the session you are speaking, you do not need to register.

Does AAIM offer a one-day pass registration?

AAIM does not currently offer a one-day pass for AAIM Online 2021. However, most sessions will be recorded. If you are unable to participate in the full live virtual conference, you can view content on demand for 60 days. Contact the Conferences and Meetings team at meetings@im.org with further questions.

How can I pay for my registration?

AAIM accepts registration payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX) or check. Check payments can take 2-3 weeks to process once mailed. Please send checks via USPS only.

How can I obtain a copy of the W-9 to process a check payment?

Please email accountspayable@im.org to receive a copy of the latest W-9.

How do I cancel my registration?

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to meetings@im.org by March 31, 2021.

Cancellation refund requests are eligible for a full refund, less an $100 administrative fee. Please note, even if you cannot attend the meeting in real-time, the registration allows you exclusive access to the content on demand for 60 days.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to a colleague instead of canceling. Please email meetings@im.org to complete the transfer.
