How will I access APDIM Online 2021?

Go to https://www.im.org/apdimonline/about/hubb and click the "ACCESS APDIM ONLINE 2021" button.

What’s my username and password?

Logging in to APDIM Online is easier than ever. Just use the same email address and password that you use to login to the AAIM website!  Forgot your password?  No problem.  Use the Forgot Password option to reset it.  Still having trouble?  Contact memberservices@im.org for additional support. 

How do I update my meeting profile information?

After you log into the event, click the gear icon at the top of the left navigation and chose My Profile. From here you can add a picture and update any of the information associated with your meeting profile. 

How do I find the list of available sessions?

From the main event lobby or the left navigation, choose “Event Schedule.  Please note the schedule will only include sessions you have access to through your meeting registration. 

How do I add a session to my schedule?

From the schedule or an individual session, click the “Add to Schedule” button to add the session to your personal meeting schedule. 

How will I request CME credit?

All participants will receive an evaluation after the meeting ends.  For meetings that are eligible for CME, participants will be directed to the CME form directly after the completion of the evaluation. 

How do I access the posters?

From the main event lobby or the left navigation, choose Posters. Digital posters will be available the entire duration of the event. Poster presentation records will be available during the poster session on September 24. Poster presentations will also join this session to engage in the chat! 

How can I find who else is registered for the meeting?

From the left navigation choose Attendees. Use the search box in the top right to search by name, institution, title, subspecialty, and more!   

What’s in the exhibit hall?

All virtual exhibit booths feature chat, a live Zoom meeting room, and the ability for you to request follow up contact. 

What’s the Selfie Station?

Everyone loves a selfie!  Use the virtual photobooth to have some fun for a few minutes and snap a few photos. 

What if I miss a session?

No problem!  All registrations include access to the meeting content for 60-days after the meeting.  Come back anytime later to view sessions (including Q&A!) you missed or even want to watch again. 

Are there any formal networking activities?

Yes!  From the main event lobby or the left navigation, choose Networking. This page will provide a complete overview of all the available networking activities throughout the meeting.  You can also filter the schedule for Networking sessions. 

How will the live Q&A work?

All sessions will include a live Q&A via Zoom Meeting and participants will have the choice to be on camera or not.  Use the link below the session description to join the Zoom Meeting for Q&A once the presentation finishes playing. 

Can I join a session late?

Yes!  You can join a session in progress at any time. The presentation will always bring you in at the current time…just like walking into the meeting room. 

What if I’m having a technical issue with the event site?

Live chat support will be available during all event hours.  If you experience a technical issue with the event platform, use the chat button in the lower right of the screen to chat directly with technical support.
