Deposit
AAIM Housing will not be taking a deposit for 2024. A credit card is required at time of reservation and will be sent to the hotel on March 22, 2024, along with your reservation. The hotel may charge a deposit at that time or hold it in case of a late cancel or no show. You will also be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in.
Hotel Change/Cancellation Policy
Please note: Each hotel has its own cancellation policy, and some may charge an early departure fee. The individual hotel’s policies will be listed in your email confirmation. Any cancellations not made within the hotel’s cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of your one night’s room and tax deposit. The deadline date for new reservations based on availability is March 22, 2024. Please continue to make any requests/changes by emailing AAIM@mcievents.com or calling 972-349-5567 through March 22, 2024. Beginning March 23, 2024, changes and cancellations must be made with your assigned hotel.
