Call for Workshops

All AAIM members are invited to submit a workshop and/or poster abstract proposal for the 2024 APDIM Fall Meeting, September 12-14, in Minneapolis, MN.

Call for Poster Abstracts: April 22-May 10; notification by July 15

2024 APDIM Fall Meeting Workshops

All workshops will be 60 minutes in total duration and presented live in-person during the 2024 APDIM Fall Meeting. In addition to presenting in-person at the 2024 APDIM Fall Meeting, all accepted workshop speakers will pre-record their presentation for on-demand viewing after the meeting. Recording sessions will start in July and more information will be provided in the acceptance communications.

Submissions will open on Monday, April 8 and remain open through Friday, April 26.

Additional Information

Accepted workshop presenters who do not record their presentation will have their workshop removed from the agenda and be prohibited from presenting.
 
APDIM Program Planning Committee will review all workshop and poster abstract proposals and reserve the right to refuse any proposal without cause.
 
Please note:
  • AAIM does not waive registration fees or reimburse expenses for workshop presenters.
  • Each workshop may have up to four total presenters.
  • Workshop presenters may not participate in more than one proposal.
  • Workshop presenters will pre-record their presentation for on-demand viewing after the meeting.
  • The primary submitter is responsible for providing all co-presenter names and contact information to AAIM.
  • All workshop and poster abstract communications will be sent to primary submitter only.
