2008 APDIM Spring Conference
Cancelation and Refund Policy
Cancelations must be provided to APDIM in writing for auditing purposes. Cancelations may be emailed to educationalprograms@im.org or faxed to (202) 861-9731. Written refund requests must be received by Friday, March 7, 2008.
All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued after the meeting.
Because the association must prepay most meeting expenses, APDIM is unable to provide refunds for requests made after Friday, March 7, 2008.
