Cancellation
Cancellation refund requests submitted prior to December 1, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, less the $150 administrative fee. Cancellation refund requests submitted between December 2 and January 17, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for requests received after February 5, 2026. If the attendee cancels and has not paid their registration fee, they will be responsible for the $150 cancellation administration fee.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to meetings@im.org.
AAIM regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows including but not limited to, flight delays/cancellations, inclement weather delays, illness, changes to work schedules, or other travel related issues. Refunds, if eligible, will be made in the same form as the original payment.
