Thank you so much for being a presenter for Academic Internal Medicine Week 2019!
Instructions
- Press the "Submit your presentation" button at right.
- Enter the session title in the title field as it appears in your instructions email. For workshops, please enter the workshop number first—for example: "Workshop 402: Presenting Quality and Operating Metrics Visually for High Impact." (NOTE: do not change the library in the "Library" dropdown—it should read "Academic Internal Medicine Week 2019 Presentations.")
- Select the folder in the "Folder" dropdown that corresponds with the meeting and workshop session for your presentation.
- Select standard file upload from the "Entry Type" drop down. Once you are certain the title and session information are correct,select "Next."
- Select "Choose and Upload" and navigate to the appropriate computer location to select your presentation file(s). For files housed in a third-party file hosting service (e.g., DropBox) use the icons at left to navigate to the service. IMPORTANT: Please make sure your presentation file has been converted to PDF.
- Once uploaded, select "Finish."
Documents will be reviewed by AAIM staff as a backup to the instructions above. Once approved, presentation files will be available in the library. AAIM staff will reach out with any additional questions.
