AAIM Strategic Plan

AAIM Strategic Plan

During the February 2019 meeting of the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM) Board of Directors, it was agreed that the organization would undertake a strategic planning exercise to ensure that projects are aligned with desired outcomes. The AAIM Board of Directors approved the Strategic Plan in September 2020 with a charge to elevate diversity, equity and inclusion to become the foundation from which we launch all initiatives.
