The ability to affect lives, improve teaching structure making things easier for faculty & streamlining processes, reducing stress make me proud. In CDIM I have shared ideas, strategies & support with others in my community. These things bring me joy & keep me engaged, which continues to inspire me to be an asset for the CDIM organization. Recognition for my efforts is a distinction I value since I am most happy working behind the scenes.”
