"When I registered, I had no idea how intense the program was going to be, but it was worth it! I was exposed to administrative questions, and an analytical perspective on managing a budget, optimizing capacity for a clinic, different types of operational systems, and which are appropriate to your environment. Definitely there was an opportunity to become more self-aware of my leadership strengths and weaknesses. I enjoyed working in small group with colleagues who had similar challenges and ideas."
