A supportive learning climate is paramount to the development of knowledge and clinical skills in medical education. While much attention has been given to evaluating and describing institutional learning climates, the concrete strategies needed for building and maintaining these ideal climates in our everyday clinical settings are often lacking. The presenters will share a practical approach to help educators create positive learning climates on ward teams, clinics, and other working groups.
