AAIM Women in Medicine Leadership Development Forum
The AAIM Women's Leadership Forum is designed to provide women faculty and administrators important guidance in their professional career development, as well as advise on effective ways to create pathways to advance their careers, evolve as leaders, and develop networks which can serve as an entrée to opportunities for coaching, mentoring and engagement. Program content is relevant for current and emerging leaders—women chairs, division leaders, clinician educators, administrators and coordinators—in departments of internal medicine from academic medical centers and community teaching hospitals.

APM Virtual New Chairs Program Online Course
Leadership positions are often the natural progression in the career of physicians in academic medicine. Over the past years, these positions have evolved to include greater financial and administrative responsibilities. This online course will address some of the important questions faculty members should think about when contemplating a move to a leadership position and will explore critical issues leaders face.
