Disclosure Regulation

All faculty participating in CME activities (program planning and speakers) sponsored by ACP are expected to disclose to the activity audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their presentations.  Full disclosure of faculty relationships will be made at the activity.

Applying for CME Credit

AAIM requires participants to complete an online meeting evaluation prior to applying for CME credit.  Upon completion of the meeting evaluation, a link to the CME request form will be emailed to you.  The evaluation and CME application site will remain online until April 21, 2017.  Participants will be reminded about the deadline via email before the forms close.

AAIM is unable to provide CME credit retroactively.  You must complete the CME form before the end of the evaluation period to receive credit.

CME Certificates

Neither AAIM nor ACP provide paper certificates.  A printout of the completed online CME application or the CME application confirmation email serves as appropriate proof of the credit.

If you have any questions about CME credit, please contact the AAIM office at (703) 341-4540 or educationalprograms@im.org.
