Registration Information

Online registration is now closed. Registration will be accepted onsite, please visit the onsite registration desk located at Longhorn Hall D Foyer, Convention Level 1. Please see below for the registration hours: 

Wednesday, October 18:  4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 19:  6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Friday, October 20:  6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 21:  6:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.

If you are not a member of AAIM (members of APM, APDIM, ASP, CDIM, and AIM), in addition to the registration fees, you will be charged a $200 nonmember fee.

If you would like to invite a guest to attend breakfasts and receptions, please visit the onsite registration desk to register your guest. The guest registration fee is $75.00.
