Webinar: Daily Process Improvement and Soft Skill Development with Lean Immersion

AAIM has partnered with Purdue University to introduce Lean Immersion, an online learning program from Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA) Lean First series targeted to health care-related organizations. Operating on the belief that the success of lean in health care is multiplied by the number of individuals within the organization familiar with and accepting of its methodologies, PHA launched a unique, online learning platform this year as a cost-effective way for organizations to foster and grow a lean culture.

You are invited to learn more about Lean Immersion by attending the free September 11 webinar. During the webinar, educator, author and innovator Mark Clare, PHA Principal Advisor for Strategic Initiatives, will provide an overview of the program, what it is, and how to put it to work in your organization. Q&A will be included in the hour-long event. You also have opportunity to delve deeper into Lean Immersion by registering for the 2018 APDIM Fall Meeting precourse "Lean Immersion: Rethinking Lean Fundamentals for Health Care Delivery." Registration for the precourse is not required to attend the webinar.

About Lean Immersion
Lean Immersion pairs process improvement skills and people skills in a learning experience that drives sustainable impacts in health care, from improved patient flow to reduced hospital-acquired conditions to enhanced patient satisfaction. The program’s two learning tracks focus on Lean Daily Improvement and Lean Behavior Change.

This webinar is for medical educators, administrators, and physicians interested in a blended approach to process improvement, professional development, and behavior change at the point of service.
