View Results of the ASP Program Requirements Actualization Survey
To facilitate discussion and a sharing of ideas, attendees of the recent ASP Fellowship Accreditation Seminar and ASP councilors were asked to provide examples of how their fellowship training programs address three specific elements of the RRC accreditation standards, Practice Based Learning and Improvement, Performance Improvement, and Fellow Evaluation using 360 degree (multi-source) tools. Actualizing the educational concepts embodied in these requirements requires a significant degree of creativity and each program is likely to do it differently. We hope to illustrate various ways in which fellowship programs address these accreditation requirements, to understand the extent to which common themes exist among and between specialties, and to share ideas and techniques.
