The Administrators of Internal Medicine (AIM) is the organization of business administrators in departments of internal medicine at medical schools and affiliated teaching hospitals in the United States and Canada.

Founded in 1980, AIM’s mission is to promote excellence in the management of departments of internal medicine. To meet this mission, the association provides services, training, and educational opportunities for administrative staff in departments of internal medicine.
