Membership Categories, Criteria, and Applications
Membership in ASP is open to all specialty internal medicine divisions that sponsor accredited training programs. Each division is represented by its division chief and program director.
- Departmental membership is offered to five or more divisions in a department of internal medicine; this option enrolls all the department's specialty divisions as members.
Dues are $1,500 a year.
Departmental Membership Application
- Divisional membership is open to all specialty internal medicine divisions with accredited training programs.
Dues are $300 a year.
Divisional Membership Application
- Individual membership is available to physicians involved in an accredited fellowship program who do not serve as division representatives and former members who no longer work in a division of internal medicine but wish to continue participating in the organization's activities.
Dues are $100 a year.
Individual Membership Application
- Specialty societies are also invited to join ASP.
Dues are $3,000 a year.
