ASP Eric G. Neilson, MD, Distinguished Professor Award
The ASP Eric G. Neilson, MD, Distinguished Professor Award is presented annually by the association to a physician who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and support of specialty medicine. Emphasis is placed on the candidate’s overall contributions to specialty internal medicine. In addition, the candidate’s role in assisting ASP achieve its mission is considered.
