Funding Institutions

Founded in 1929, the John A. Hartford Foundation is a committed champion of health care training, research, and service system innovations that will ensure the well-being and vitality of older adults. Its overall goal is to increase the nation's capacity to provide effective, affordable care to its rapidly increasing older population.

The Atlantic Philanthropies, are a group of Bermuda-based charitable foundations whose grant investments are focused internationally in four program fiends: aging, disadvantaged children and youth, population health, and reconciliation and human rights. Atlantic's legacy outcome in aging is for older adults to be an integral part of society, living healthier, independent lives with dignity and meaning.
