Through the AAIM Executive Leadership Program, department of internal medicine faculty and staff have the opportunity to strengthen and learn knowledge, skills, and behaviors key to success in managerial roles. The weeklong AAIM Executive Leadership Program will take place July 30-August 4, 2007. This professional development program will focus on financial management, leadership and change management, strategy formulation and planning, operations management, and organization management.
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2007 program.
